Issues are defined as any problem, difficulty, or failure that impacts any individual, community, nation, or stakeholder. Issues can be small or large scale but are generally archetypical and not literal. We can’t (nor should we) address all problems faced by individuals – building a foundation that allows problem-solving and preventing these failures in the first place is far more pragmatic.
